Good day. Is there an add-on to calculate the exact building material required, according to wall dimensions: length, width and height pls.

There is a plug-in that computes the surface of walls, one at a time. There isn't a plug-in that produces a list of all wall surfaces.
Internally SH3D is prepared to produce a "material list" of all furniture used, but there's isn't a version of SH3D or a plug-in that uses this feature. If you can program in Java, maybe you could program it yourself.
SH3D was originally intended for interior design, not for architecture or building contractors. That explains the focus of the program on furniture and not on walls, conducts, etc.
