who i can buy this is this cheap?

You can self sign the jar files or buy a certificate, but the cheapest is at least 70€/year.

The certificate used to sign Sweet Home 3D jars comes from GlobalSign where it's less expensive when you buy it for 3 years (luckily there was a special price for individual developers when I bought it last year).
