Where to fing CopyAsNewFurniture plugin

As a newbie I'm trying to create a roof and found a manual how to do it.
But that requires the CopyAsNewFuniture plugin.
Unfortunally I don't find it.

BTW Basically a roof (or part of it) just is a 'floor' positioned under an angel and something MANY people need. So I wonder why everyone should create a it himself.

I just need a simple (sloped) roof.
While looking at all the very nice furnitures, examples and other things, I can hardly believe noone created such an easy thing like a (sizeable and adjustable) roof and made it available.
Can I anybody tell me where to find it?
