Sloping ceiling problem

Hello,
Been learning Sweet Home for a week or two, like it, user friendly.
However, even after following instructions, downloading "Advanced editing" etc., I cannot get a ceiling to conform to sloped walls?

Hello Hans,
I have had the tutorial open in another tab for a week.
Followed all instructions.
Could the problem may be that I have downloaded the wrong (earlier perhaps) version?
I live on an island off the Belize coast, no software available here.
I just did a google search on free graphic design software, downloaded it without any research.

Hi Hans,
I downloaded the first version of Sweet Home that popped up on a search.
I subsequently had to download updates like "updated editing", which does not work, even though a prompt tells me it will function next time I open the program.
The question is, can you suggest a "latest" version that I can re-download to avoid all the updating that does not seem to work anyway?

Hello again, checked, have version 3.5 downloaded, supposed to be the latest.

After downloading, installing updated editing 3 times it still doesn't work.
This free and great software lacks true support, you get what you pay for.
Appreciate your optimism, but after 10 more days of trying to accomplish a simple task I had to give up.

I spent days with the tutorial and FAQ open in other tabs, following instructions over and over?
Ceilings always appear level, hovering in empty space over the downslope psrt of the walls.
