3D Studio and no materials on export object. HELP ^_^

Hi there.
I need help with exporting objects from 3D Studio Max 9th The block object is exported correctly, but there is a problem to the drawn materials. Just does not. Everything is white.
Does anyone of you knows how to change it?
I will be grateful for your help, because the program Sweet Home 3D is really great, but lack the facilities that could create for herself.

I'm using Deep Exploration to convert an objects to upload them to SH3D.
