Can't see 1st floor from living room

Hi,

Question 1
I created a two floor building with the 1st floor having about half the floor size. This should let me see the 1st floor, if I look up from the ground floor.

But that is not happening. Using the Vitual visit, I can see the ground floor from the 1st floor, but not the top floor from the ground floor.

I have create a sh3d file to demonstrate my question, here the download link. Try it and you will see.

Question 2
Also, in the sh3d file you will see a mysterious lines appear on the 1st floor. Sometime this happen and I don't know how to remove it.

If you want to create a mezzanine, you have to play with the visibility of the floor and the ceiling of the floors. To work faster, use copy-paste from a level to an other to copy the floor/ceiling of the room that matches the mezzanine, and use the Select object menu item available in contextual menu of the plan.
Look closely to this example I submitted to a similar question in the French forum.

The mysterious line is the ceiling of the room at last level. It behaves badly because of the smaller wall you used at that place (see help about rooms for explanations about how the elevation of the points of ceilings are computed). If you create a "ceiling room" that covers the same surface of your home as the "floor room" at first level, this should disappear.
