how to allow the users to drag and drop the elements to personilize their room

Hi, i'm beginner with Sweet Home 3D but i need to use it to create something like an applet where there are some forniture elements imported and the user could drag and drop them to personilize their room

is there a tutorial to do that?? i need a plugin?? have i to program a new one or there is already one?? how could i do?? what do you suggest me to do?? i have no experience thank you for your help
