can't move objects after upgrade to 3.7

I'm on Ubuntu/PinGuy 11.10. I can add/delete objects but not move themanyomre. They snap back to the last position.

I wanted to work on a project over the holidays but now I'm stuck.Do you recommend going back to 3.6?

This is a known bug that will be fixed in the next version. See here for more information.
