Update Sweet home 3d

Hi,
How can I install latest version of Sweet Home 3D in ubuntu 12.10?
In Ubuntu Software center there is Sweet Home 3D version 3.5 and there is some bugs.

Yes it is working perfectly. Thank you.
But now I would like to upgrade to the latest version. I still have version 3.5 on my ubuntu.

Please, read this message.

Also, note that the latest beta 12 possibly has an issue and won't start. In that case install version 3.7.
