Program won't start up completely

I have done many floorplans in the past and it worked great. Tonight, I launch the app and I get the header and a completely blank workspace - no options, no grid, no lists to the side - and I'm not able to click any of the buttons. I tried installing the newest version but same result. How do I fix this?
