Solar modules ?

Does a solar module exist already?

Actually I'm looking for 3 kind of things :
a) a solarmodule
b) a solarmodule on a frame to be used on a flat roof (would be best if the tilt angle of the module could be adjusted)
c) possibility of defining several modules assembled next and/or behind each other in order to create rows or columns of solarmodules
