Streaking lines when creating HD rendered photo

When rendering into a photo I’m getting streaks and lines from building to walls and walls to landscape.

Most probably these are incorrect ceilings.

Check that you don't have ceilings over open spaces.
Check that when you have ceilings, all walls are of the same height.
