I would like to create the biotech R&D Lab model, Where can i get the 3D models regarding that? And Is it possible to get the models for Biotech equipments?

Don't know specifically, but see the 3d models pages. The reference (and instructions) to the 3dwarehouse is probably your best bet. Don't forget SH3d will allow you to change size, proportions, colours etc.
