Looking for help with a design

Hi all:

As you can see, I'm new to this forum. I downloaded SH3D some time ago and I have worked with it in some nice personal designs, but since I'm not a pro (I just do this for pleasure), I think I'm stuck with my new "project" [:)]

I want to draw a 6x10 faccade apartment, I don't care whether it's grown floor or not, but it must be in a single floor and I'd like this meassures if possible:

Livingroom: more or less 20 m2
Masterroom: more or less 10 m2
Masterbath: more or less 3 to 5 m2
Secondroom: more or less 10 m2
Secondroom: more or less 3 to 5 m2
Kitchen: more or less 5 to 10 m2

Help would be really apreciated, since I'm out of ideas... I can't manage to fit all that in these 6x10 [:(]
