What happened to the "Advanced rendering plug-in" ?

Hi!
First of all thank you eTeks for creating such a wonderful software!
I wondered what happened to the "Advanced rendering plug-in"?
Right now I'm building a house for our help project in Burkina Faso (West-Africa)www.fanga.de.vu (french version is still very poor)

I wanted to simulate how the shadow would go during the day on its exact position.
Is it possible to use the plugin with version 4?

The AdvancedRendering plugin cannot be used anymore since version 3.0, or maybe even earlier.
However, all its functions have been integrated into the program.

To show how shadows change in the course of a day, you can make a video, and instead of changing the position of the virtual visitor, change the time of day.

Hi hansmex,
the plugin enabled to change latitude, longitude and timezone, which is not possible anymore.
I made a video the way you described (see above).

Use the Compass to change those settings (by double-clicking it).

I did not notice the compass settings before:)
This is the first time for me that something gets build exactly how I created it on Sweet Home 3D!
