Total Square footage calculation

My wife and I have been using this relatively good tool for the past three months...my wife is far more proficient than I and she has done an admiral job of designing our new home BUT...we can't find a total square foot calculation anywhere [>:)] [>:)] [>:)]

This seems like a huge oversight ...are we missing something here?

You could create a (temporary) room that would cover your whole design, either by drawing point by point, or by double-clicking on an exterior wall to create it automatically.

thanks…sounds like the program can't automatically calculate a total square foot based on the design parameters… we will try creating a duplicate room…is there a step by step tutorial to accomplish this in the FAQ?
