Hi.. I'm really obsessed in your software and I assert that who developed it are geniuses!
and you're better than a lot of avaricious developers who don't give anything without money
I can Imagine them eating the money and say:
hmmmm.. money money money! I don't care in anything except of money! [>:)] [:))] [$-)]
I really respect you and all who work for the people not for money

I'm not miserly but they pay anything even 3d models and pictures in internet!
am I crazy to buy a picture? [:))]
I have problem before and after the update [:-/]
we can say since I downloaded the software
When I click Furniture -> import furniture -> choose model
suddenly the software closes
and sometimes I be forced to open it again twice or more
and this problem happens for me everyday.. yes everyday and in SweetHome3D only (rest software's work normally)

I don't know If there's something I have to do before importing?

But you should know that it's still possible to earn some money from an open source free program like I try to do, to be able to spend more time on its development.

Your issue looks like a problem in the driver of your graphics card. Please have a look to the FAQ if some suggestions could help you fix it.
Note that you could also import directly furniture libraries available at import page, but you should fix your issue because it might provoke some crashes later.
