Emergency doors and lift doors

It would be useful to have a single emergency exit door, like the double doors I've managed to acquire. I find in real life that standard-sized emergency doors are more commonly found than double ones. If I create a room to use as a lift, it would be good to have real lift doors, preferably both open and closed versions.
