Slow down and/or pause virtual visitor

Taking video now.

Is there any way to slow down the virtual visitor and/or pause the virtual visitor during the video? I would like the visitor to stop for a second at certain points.

Alternatively, is there a way to add video modes (such as a 75FPS video mode) so I can slow it down through post-editing without losing frames?
