Thanks, Hans. As per discussion, there are now two versions of the same door: Sourceforge FR 654. The first showing the wall cavity (in 2D view, not 3D view, when placed in wall). This avoids impossible placement of the door.

The second model does not show the wall cavity. Make sure the extra space is made for the casing / cavity so it does not crash with corners, plumbing etc.

PS - the second version is pretty easy to simulate with existing models by using Door frame and add Box for door (resized, of course). That way you can even open and close the door [:)]
