Why do I need java plugin on my linux 64 but machine ?
There is no installation isnrtuction prodvided

I'unzipped the application as stated on your website , no installation instruction/package is prodived

why vcan this work with APT-get like all the rest ?

You don't need to install Java plugin to run Sweet Home 3D with its installer version, and basic instructions are given at Download page.

why vcan this work with APT-get like all the rest ?

I don't manage apt-get version, but using Google, you can get easily instructions about how to get it that way..
