Problems in importing image

Hi, I've tried to import an image on my project in both SweetHome 3D version (installed on my pc with windows xp and on line version using mozilla firefox/internet explorer).
In both cases the imagine isn't shown on the grid. It's possible to solve it?

Most of the time, as suggested by the FAQ Importing a background image seemed to run correctly but no image appears in plan. What is going on? it's due to the value you entered at the second step of the wizard, which should the size in real life not on the paper or on the screen.
But maybe, you imported an image that takes too much place in memory, i.e. that is too detailed. Check the size in pixels of your image, and reduce it using any image tool. Don't try to just increase the JPEG compression to reduce the file size, that won't resolve anything.
