I'm having the same problem. The Sourceforge link at http://www.sweethome3d.com/download.jsp is sending me to the version 4.4 download. Is the link incorrect, or am I doing something wrong?

The main download page. The link to sourceforge. This starts 4.4 downloading. (If I hover over the link I can also see 4.4 in the URL)

I was able to find the latest version. I had to go to the sourceforge site and search for sh3d. The link for the "latest version" is 4.4. I found 4.5 by drilling down into the Sweethome3D folder. Thanks for all the work that went into this amazing software!!

Thanks, I found where the problem was coming from and fixed it. The link is ok now.
