Boundaries and recession planes

Is there a way to draw lines/plane that signify the maximum dimensions a building can be on a parcel of land?

I have restrictions with recession planes from the boundary (and height).
For example on the east/west boundaries, the building has to be below 45 degrees from a 2m height.
