Unable to see imported background image

Good afternoon..

I have heard great things about this program and I just recently started using SH3D and I am having trouble getting started, I made the selection to import a background image from my computer but for some reason I am unable to see the image in my import screen. The program walks me through the sizing screens but once I comlete the steps, there is nothing to view. Any suggestions for this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Please read the FAQ Importing a background image seemed to run correctly but no image appears in plan. What is going on?
