How to draw a floor containing elements for floorheating

I would like to design and build a new zero energy house.
For this I need to be able to create floors (and ceilings and walls) containing layers for floor (and wall) heating.

Does anyone know examples of such floors?
How can I draw them myself?

I'm not sure if it's what you need but the following example could help to manage ceilings and for walls, you could use a different pattern on walls placed close to each other.
