Floor not visible

Hi Everybody,

I'm new at this and just created my first floor. When I wanted to create the second floor, I saw my plan didn't had a floor. I looked up some other threads on this forum but couldnt find an answer.

I already created rooms on the entry level, this gave the rooms a ceiling but not a floor on the first level.
Furthermore I tried changing my 3d mode but don't know if I did it right (still no floor visible)

You have to create one or more rooms on the second level. These rooms will create a floor at the second level and a ceiling at the first level.
