Steep stairs / loft ladder / samba type staircase

Came across a space-saving type staircase that apparently is legal in some markets (as a loft/basement staircase). Needed to try the concept with a model. In case anyone should be interested, I posted the model in SF 3D models 359. 'Back' of the staircase has transparent textures that can be changes with Modify materials.

Actually, the opening above could be somewhat smaller without sacrificing headroom of 210cm. Here is the same model with a 90% cut-out and plan icon. SHD3 file to keep the extra properties.
