Some files opening, others not

Good evening.

I have several different homes I've drafted using this program (I'm using the free version) and two of them "can't open".

I don't know how to fix either of them either.

Please help.

First of all:
- what OS are you using? Windows, Mac, Linux, version, etc
- can you share one or more of the problem files so we can look if they are damaged.

I'm on a Mac OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5
As for sharing a file, I'm not sure how do to so on the forum.
