How to map / to plan an Archival Deposit and Shelves

I need to map or to make a plan of the whole area of an Archive Deposit. It has 4 rooms and all with different dimensions. Another problem is showing whether the shelves are occupied with documents or not.

Is it possible to have a plan of the four rooms together?

It is possible to draw rows of mobile shelving?
