Resolution problem on high density display

I have Surface Pro 4 with resolution 2736x1824px.
My favourite Sweethome became hard to use as everything is very small + small menu issues.
Please fix!

Hi. Thanks for reply. Yes, this helped, partly, icons are small + in a list where all furniture is , text is chopped.
Its much more workable now, but hope in future versions this problem will be solved for high def. screens.
