Upgrade failure

I was running Sweet Home 3D 5.1 in Windows 10 on my PC and loved it. I upgraded to Sweet Home 3D for $14.99 with all the extra stuff and after what appeared to be a successful download and install all I get is the error msg:

"LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed."

HELP?
