SH3D not running anymore under Ubuntu 16.04

Hi,

I was using SH3D without any problem in Ubuntu 14.04.
I have an ATI video card, and when I upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04, Canonical decided to remove proprietary video drivers (Catalyst).
I'm now running Ubuntu with default open source drivers for ATI cards (radeon).
Since this upgrade, SH3D is no longer starting: a crash occurs in java3d.
