SH3L file fomation

Hello everyone,
During my open source project, I would like to translate Sweet Home 3D to Luganda, which is my local language.
I have read through the guidelines of how to translate and I have started on some of the .properties and .html files, but am a bit puzzled on how I will change my .zip file to .sh3l.

Do I need a special software or not.

Am using windows 7 ultimate 32bit.

Please help for my success

Welcome godfreysseki!
Just change the extension from "zip" to "sh3l"! A .sh3l file is actually a zipped file with a different file extension.
