Blank screen suddenly

I was busy with a design of a house and suddenly my screen is blank.
I can see in the left part all that I have enterred in my house, but in the right part it is all totally blank and also if I try to see it 3d. I don't even see lines or numbers.
I tried minimizing it and maximizing, but still blank.
What can I do to save hours of my work?

Maybe you added an object which is very far away? Display Abscissa and Ordinate columns, check if there is an object with strange values and remove it.
