Zoom shortcut key doesn't work in Mac with US Keyboard

The zoom out (Command-Minus) works fine, but zoom in (Command-Plus) does not. I did a little searching and I think this might explain why.

It would be great to get this fixed. In the mean time, does anyone know of any workarounds? I like to use shortcut keys a lot and miss this one not working.
