Windows with sunshade

Would like to know the best way to create sunshade for existing (or new) windows as shown here http://prntscr.com/gp21hv

Yes that's what! I did it and it did the job :-) Thanks for confirming that that's the way to go. Would be nice though to have such things as part of furniture.
