Video resolution & frame rate

Hi,
As a suggestion, it would be nice to set freely the video resolution, like square and vertical formats, in différent resolutions (instagram related !) ?
Moreover, a different rate of frame could be useful to speed up or slow down afterward without having processed too many images or losing fluidity.
