Move around in Aerial View?

Move around in Aerial View?

I seems to be locked to the center of the screen. I would want to move around above my house like a ghost. Is that possible?
I do know I can walk around in the house, but I want free move in the aerial view if thats possible :)

Please see the FAQ Is it possible to manually set the rotation center of the 3D view in Aerial view mode?
