Help needed moving Home from online version to downloaded Mac version.

I started designing my home on the online version. Liked it so much I bought the app store Mac version. However, I am dumb and can't figure out how to transfer my home in progress from the online version to the downloaded version. My computer doesn't seem to want to recognize .SH3D files either... Any easy answers?? Thank you!

I tried the latest version of Safari and it seems to refuse again Java access to local files again [:((]
Please write me the with your login / password (change it temporarily if you want), and I'll send the SH3D files you stored on the Online version.
