2D Floorplan only, No 3D, Using Windows 10

I am a new user to Sweet Home 3D and loving it! However, unless I print to PDF, or Create a Photo, I never see a 3D version of the home I've created. Nothing under the "3D View" menu besides "create photo" works. I have recently downloaded and installed the latest version of Flash, just in case that was an issue. I'm not sure what else to try. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you sure you just did not pull the 3D window all the way down? If so, there are two small arrows under the ruler in the 2D window. Grab the line with the arrows at the bottom of the 2D window (inside the SH3D window, if not you will just resize the entire SH3D window).
