Problem to import 3D models

Goodmorning everyone,
I have a problem ... just in this forum I found users who linked 3D models from the GrabCAD site only that once downloaded the zip files if I try to add them to the FEATURE of Sweet Home 3D tells me that "The format of the model chosen does not is supported, please choose another model ". How can I import them into the furniture categories (lights, furniture, etc.)?
Entering the zip file I find the files in:
- .SLDPRT
- .SLDASM
- and 1 or more .jpg

How can I import them into Sweet Home 3D?
