Fixing walls or single layers / Fixieren von Wänden oder Nivaus

How can I fix single walls or total layers so that I could not move them inadvertently?
How can I do this also with dimension lines?
(changes in other layers shall be possible)

To prevent accidentally moving floors and/walls
- right-click in the 2D window (top-right)
- in the pop-up menu click Lock base plan

or
- in the top menu bar click Plan -> Lock base plan
