How can I draw different skirting boards in one room?

Hello,

im new with Sweet Home 3D and hope for your help:

Our rental apartment has different baseboards, which differ in material, height, depth and width. We even have walls in our apartment that have different baseboards on a single wall (for example, in the dining room we have a wall where two different baseboards are used, differing in dimensions and material).

How can I draw or implement this?

Split the wall in two or three parts as follows:
1 - select the wall
2 - right-click and select Split wall or via the menu Plan -> Split wall
