Change Grid Scale

I've been using a grid of ten squares per meter. Somehow I managed to change this to 4 squares per meter and I don't know how. Could someone please tell me how I can change this back? Thanks!

The size of the grid depends on the scale / zoom factor. You can change this factor with Zoom menu items and buttons found in the toolbar, or with the mouse wheel while pressing Ctrl key (or cmd key under macOS).
