Help with skillion roof

Hello everyone. I am brand new to this forum and have been using Sweet Home 3D for about 2 months working on a few mock ups for a new home. I am trying to put a skillion/mono pitch roof on a plan using the box graphic but it is not letting me center the roof over all four walls. It keeps automatically shifting it to butt up against one of the four walls. Anyone know how to defeat this?

Disable magnetism while moving the roof. See also this video about magnetism.
