Add a ceiling light in the room modification panel

Hi!

When testing ambient lighting , I had to hide the ceilings of the rooms that were not visible from the virtual visitor's position to decrease rendering time.

I think it would be nice if there was an option "Add a ceiling light" in the room modification panel and change the one in the photo panel to "Add all ceiling lights".

This option is no longer necessary as it has been replaced by a light power selector in a version derived from Sweet Home 3D.
