Problem with round window on a split wall

When I put a round or half round window on split wall, only other half of window is drawn correctly. Another half is square.

Below is link to the demo picture showing mentioned situation.
(I have seen somewhere hansmex's guide to load picture here but don't find it now..)

Check your walls are straight and inline, i managed to recreate your image but only with poorly aligned walls.

I confirm that, no problem really exist. In my sample wall misalignment was so small that I didn't noticed it.
