How to make a 3D model can show the details in floor plan?

I downloaded several models of sliding doors.
Great 3d model, thanks
But in 2D the floor plan, it can't show the details like DOORs.
So, please anyone can teach me how to get that? or how to make a 3D model with floor plan details.

Removing the rectangle of the hole in the wall is not possible, but you could draw some additional rectangles with the polylines creation tool if you want.
