How to align the 3D view? (Exactly straight on)

Have searched and looked through the last 10 pages of threads, but have only seen questions/answers related to setting the rotation center.

I'm trying to set the rotation exactly head-on, so that the left to right walls are prefectly horizontal (180deg) and the top to bottom walls are perfectly vertical (90deg).

Rotating using the mouse, I'm not able to get it to be exactly straight, the walls are all slightly angled, even if it's just a few degrees.

Is there any way to set this manually by typing in angles, or am I missing a keyboard combo to have it "snap" to exact angles?

double click on the "man" and you could type in the exact values
